No Refunds Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to provide our customers with the highest quality, unique items.
 

Exchanges and Store Credit

We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges or store credit in certain circumstances. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit. To expedite this process, please include a detailed description and photographs of the damage or defect.
